At X-treme Smile, we believe in fast and reliable service. Orders are processed as quickly as possible on our shipping days and you can easily track your parcel. On this page you will find information about shipping, delivery times, payment methods and how to contact us.
Shipping
From Monday to Thursday, we process orders that have been placed and paid before 3:00 PM. In most cases, your order will be prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day.
Ordered after 3:00 PM?
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on Friday, during the
weekend or on a Dutch public holiday will be processed on the next
shipping business day.
During busy periods, promotions, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, processing may occasionally take a little longer.
Delivery times
Once we have handed your order over to the carrier, the final delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination country.
The Netherlands
Within the Netherlands, parcels are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Outside the Netherlands
Delivery to Belgium and other European or international destinations usually takes longer. Delivery times vary depending on the country and carrier.
Good to know
Local public holidays, busy periods at carriers, strikes, weather
conditions and customs procedures may cause delays. Once a parcel has
been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have direct control over
the delivery speed.
Track your order
As soon as tracking information becomes available, you can follow the progress of your shipment.
- view the current status of your order through your X-treme Smile account;
- you will also receive a separate email with tracking information once it becomes available;
- check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the tracking email.
Carriers
Wherever possible, we ship with PostNL. Depending on the destination, type of shipment or other circumstances, we may also use another national or international carrier or delivery partner.
Extra secure shipping
Depending on the value, contents or destination of an order, we may apply additional shipping options such as insured shipping, signature on delivery or delivery only to the specified address.
Where available, certain additional shipping options may also be offered during checkout.
Payment methods
We offer various secure payment methods. The methods available to you depend on your country, order and the current options offered by our payment providers.

currently available for your order.
Payment methods in the Netherlands
- iDEAL / Wero;
- Trustly / Pay by Bank;
- in3 – pay in 3 instalments;
- SprayPay – pay in instalments;
- PayPal, where available;
- any other payment methods offered during checkout.
Payment methods in Belgium
- Bancontact;
- Wero, where available;

- any other Belgian or international payment methods offered during checkout.
Possible payment fees
Additional charges may apply to certain payment methods. Where applicable, these charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
We do not charge payment fees that exceed the amount permitted by applicable law.
Payment in instalments or business financing
The availability and conditions of payment methods such as in3,
SprayPay or business financing are determined by the relevant
provider and may depend on the order value and a separate assessment.
