The course covers the complete foundation for professionally applying tooth gems and other suitable dental jewellery to natural teeth. Product knowledge is combined with an understanding of the tooth surface, preparation, hygiene, bonding, positioning, light curing and aftercare.

Working with the BLINQ® Bonding System
During the course, you work with the professional BLINQ® Bonding System. Each product is covered individually before the different steps are combined into the complete Tooth Gem placement procedure.
Step 1 – BLINQ® Blue Etch
You learn how Blue Etch is used as part of the preparation of the tooth surface and why accurate application during this step is important.
Step 2 – BLINQ® Primer
After preparing the tooth, you learn how to correctly use BLINQ® Primer as part of the bonding process.
Step 3 – BLINQ® Glue
You learn how BLINQ® Glue is used when positioning and securing the selected tooth gem or dental jewellery piece.
Light curing and final checks
After placement, you learn how to correctly light-cure the bonding material and how to check the position and finish of the Tooth Gem afterwards.
Practical Assignment with Personal Assessment
At X-treme Smile®, the online course is not considered complete simply because you have worked through the theory and videos. Before certification, we also want to see that you can apply the technique you have learned in practice.
After practising, you perform a complete Tooth Gem placement yourself. You create a clear close-up video so that we can assess the relevant steps and the final result.
Personal practical assessment
Your practical assignment is genuinely reviewed by our team. It is not automatically approved simply because a file has been submitted.
Targeted feedback
If a part of your technique is not yet sufficient or could be improved, you receive targeted feedback so you know exactly what to continue practising.
Continue practising where necessary
The aim is to ensure that you understand the important parts of the technique and can perform them in practice. Where necessary, you can continue practising using our feedback.
Certificate after successful completion
After successfully completing the required theory and practical components, you receive the X-treme Smile® Tooth Gem certificate.

One certificate is included with the starter kit after successful completion. If several participants want to complete the same training using one kit, additional certificates can be requested separately for €39.95 per person.
