Practical assignment and certification

Completing the theory alone is not sufficient to receive your certificate. After working through the course, you will perform a tooth gem treatment yourself.

We ask you to submit a clear practical video via WhatsApp or WeTransfer. We assess your working method, hygiene, application of the different steps and the final result.

After your practical assignment has been approved, you will receive the X-treme Smile® Tooth Gem Certificate.

What do you need yourself?

This product includes the online course only and does not include a starter kit. Tooth gem bonding products, crystals, a curing lamp, instruments and other treatment materials are therefore not included.

To practise the techniques taught in the course and complete your practical assignment, you will need suitable tooth gem products and materials.

Tooth gem application involves more than theoretical knowledge. How you prepare the tooth, use the products, position the tooth gem and work hygienically are all important parts of the treatment.

For this reason, certification is linked to a practical assessment. Your certificate is therefore not based solely on completing the online course, but also on practical work that has been assessed by us.
