Would you like to learn how to professionally apply Tooth Gems and dental crystals and immediately have the right materials to learn and practise the technique? The BLINQ® Tooth Gem Starter Kit with online course combines practical professional training with bonding products, an LED curing light, placement materials and approximately 100 tooth gems.
You complete the training through the renewed X-treme Smile® Academy and receive 30 days of access to the online learning environment. The course combines theory, product knowledge, video lessons, a knowledge test, practical exercises and a practical assignment that is personally assessed by our team.
The starter kit contains the professional BLINQ® Bonding System with Blue Etch, Primer and Glue, a curing light depending on the selected kit option, 50 clear Swarovski® tooth gems and 50 mixed tooth gems in different colours and sizes. The mix may consist of a combination of BLINQ® and Swarovski® crystals. The essential consumables and tools required to practise the technique are also included.

This starter kit is designed for anyone who wants not only to learn the theory behind Tooth Gems, but also to practise the application technique themselves. You therefore receive both access to the online training and the professional products and materials used during the course.
You receive a complete kit that allows you to become familiar with the products used during the course and practise the Tooth Gem technique yourself.
Correct light curing of the bonding material is an important part of a Tooth Gem application. Each starter kit therefore includes an LED curing light. The version you receive depends on the selected kit option.
The standard version includes a plastic LED curing light that allows you to practise and perform the Tooth Gem technique taught during the course.
Would you prefer a more robust professional version from the start? You can upgrade the starter kit to the Metal-X aluminium LED curing light with metal housing and charging stand.
You follow the online Tooth Gem course through our renewed X-treme Smile® Academy. You receive 30 days of access to the learning environment and work through the theory, product knowledge, video lessons, knowledge test and practical components at your own pace.
The training is divided into clear modules and lessons. You progress step by step from relevant basic knowledge and material selection to preparation, bonding, placement, light curing, final checks and aftercare.
You learn not only which steps to perform, but also why they are important. The theory is complemented by a knowledge test, practice with your starter kit and a practical assignment.
During your access period, you can work through the lessons at your own pace and revisit individual sections when necessary. This allows you to combine theory and practical training effectively.

The course covers the complete foundation for professionally applying tooth gems to natural teeth. Product knowledge is combined with an understanding of the tooth surface, preparation, hygiene, bonding, positioning, light curing and aftercare.
During the course, you work with the professional BLINQ® Bonding System. Each product is covered individually before the different steps are combined into the complete Tooth Gem placement procedure.
You learn how Blue Etch is used as part of the preparation of the tooth surface and why accurate application during this step is important.
After preparing the tooth, you learn how to correctly use BLINQ® Primer as part of the bonding process.
You learn how BLINQ® Glue is used when positioning and securing the selected tooth gem.
After placement, you learn how to correctly light-cure the bonding material and check the position and finish of the Tooth Gem afterwards.
At X-treme Smile®, the online course is not considered complete simply because you have worked through the theory and videos. Before certification, we also want to see that you can apply the technique you have learned in practice.
After practising, you perform a complete Tooth Gem placement yourself. You create a clear close-up video so that we can assess the relevant steps and final result.
Your practical assignment is genuinely reviewed by our team. It is not automatically approved simply because a file has been submitted.
If part of your technique is not yet sufficient or could be improved, you receive targeted feedback so you know exactly what to continue practising.
The aim is to ensure that you understand the important parts of the technique and can perform them in practice. Where necessary, you can continue practising using our feedback.
After successfully completing the required theory and practical components, you receive the X-treme Smile® Tooth Gem certificate.

X-treme Smile® is registered with the Central Register for Short Vocational Education (CRKBO). The qualifying training component of this course package is therefore invoiced VAT-free.
Of this course package, €225 relates to the qualifying training component. The basic package with plastic curing light also contains the materials required to complete the course and learn and practise the techniques.
This basic version is offered fully VAT-free.
If you choose a more advanced curing light such as the Metal-X, the qualifying training component remains VAT-free.
Where applicable, 21% VAT is charged only on the additional value of the equipment upgrade.
After successful completion, you will not only have completed the theory but will also have practised the complete Tooth Gem technique yourself and had your practical work personally assessed.

BLINQ* Glue is a professional adhesive for attaching Tooth Gems and dental jewellery to natural tooth enamel. It forms step 3 of the BLINQ 3-step bonding system and is used after BLINQ* Blue Etch and BLINQ* Primer. The practical twist dispenser allows controlled and precise application.
BLINQ* Primer is a professional primer for Tooth Gem applications and forms step 2 of the BLINQ 3-step bonding system. It is applied after BLINQ* Blue Etch and prepares the treated tooth surface for bonding with BLINQ* Glue.
