My account is not approved yet.

Is your account not approved yet? First check whether your business details are complete. If you entered a valid VAT number, your account can usually be approved automatically.

No VAT number? You can send us proof that you work professionally, such as a relevant certificate. If you want to start with one of our training courses or a starter kit with training, we can also review your account manually.

For products containing hydrogen peroxide, customers within the EU must additionally provide proof of professional dental qualification where required.
